Description

Traditional Papua New Guinea (PNG) Bilum bags are handwoven from natural fibers with earth-tone dyed geometric striping or from synthetic fibers dyed with bright colors in pleasing arrangements. This bag is a classic example of PNG fiber arts and carrying bag traditions. Made using traditional looping techniques with integrated shoulder straps and a flexible net-like body.

The dimensions of the bag are 18″ wide x 24″ long, 35″ long with fringe.
